Aza Healthcare is a private non-profit community and migrant health center. Their mission is to provide accessible, affordable, high quality health care to the communities we serve. Aza accepts private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and charges for services based on a sliding scale. Patients must provide proof of income.
