The Florida Department of Health in St. Johns County’s (DOH-St. Johns) Epidemiology Service Center is responsible for the investigation, monitoring, and control of reportable diseases and conditions in St. Johns County. The Department serves as a public resource for information and education about specific diseases, the epidemiology of those diseases, and their prevention.
