DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN ST. JOHNS COUNTY TO RE-OPEN MONDAY

ST. AUGUSTINE, FLA. — After Special Needs Sheltering operations and support to St. Johns County Emergency Operations Center for Hurricane Ian response and recovery efforts, the Florida Department of Health in St. Johns County (DOH-St. Johns County) will re-open for mission essential services on Monday, October 3, 2022.

Please note that DOH-St. Johns County’s Environmental Health team are engaged in post-storm facility assessments which began on Friday, September 30th and may continue throughout the week ahead. During this time-period, there may be a delay in routine Environmental Health programs and services. If there is an urgent need or emergency to report, residents are encouraged to call DOH-St. Johns County at 904-506-6081. If calling outside normal business hours, calls will be connected to the after-hours answering service.
