Be Resilient And Voice Emotions
Save the date for the third annual BRAVE Summit, which will be held on March 29, 2023 at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. The event established by FlaglerHealth+ is free and accessible to all Florida high school students. There will be free food, entertainment, music, and speakers.
The BRAVE Summit aims to open a dialogue with teens to address the stigma associated with mental health and encourage teens to learn how to foster mental wellness for themselves and their peers. The mission is to provide pathways to support systems for those young people who are struggling or know someone who is struggling so that they feel equipped to ask for and provide the support that is needed.
