Northeast Florida Counts is a FREE online health resource for the seven county area of Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns and Volusia counties.  It is an interactive web-based information system that provides health, economic, education, environmental and other sustainability indicators in an easy to understand dashboard interface.

This innovative website also links to promising practices on a variety of topics that affect community health, as well as other resources that encourage and promote informed community actions.  The site can be used by planners, policy makers, and community members learn about issues and identify improvements necessary for healthful outcomes.

We invite you to use the site as a tool for community assessment, strategic planning, collaboration, community capacity development, grant development, and educational and advocacy purposes.  Get started on Northeast Florida Counts!

DOH-St. Johns serves as a member of the Northeast Florida Counts Steering Committee.  This Committee is the workgroup charged with selecting indicators for Northeast Florida Counts, as well as reviewing applications and selecting recipients for the Northeast Florida Counts Change Agent Leadership Scholarship program.
